In July 2022, I accepted a promotion to Vice President, Property Management. I am extremely excited to be included in building this new position within our growing company. Over the past few years, I have found a passion in mentoring and this move will allow me to do more of that in my day to day. I also will look to leverage my experience and technical expertise in the healthcare real estate field to help streamline our management platform as we continue to scale up. I will continue to provide our clients and tenants with trustworthy and capable property management and financial oversight.I will also be expanding my business development role and will work with our integrated service lines to strengthen synergy and communication. We are the experts in healthcare real estate and we want to make sure that our clients know not only will they receive superior property management services, but they also have access to expansive brokerage services, construction and development experts and opportunities to grow their real estate footprint with our acquisition team.

ABOUT MEGAN DRUMMOND
As Vice President, Property Management, my goal is to use my experience and technical expertise in the healthcare real estate field to provide mentorship to our property management team, streamline our management platform and provide our clients with trustworthy and capable property management. I continuously work with our integrated service lines to ensure that our clients know they have access to everything from responsive maintenance teams and expansive brokerage services to construction and development experts.Maintaining a portion of my previous role as a Senior Property Manager, I work to provide a connection between healthcare real estate owners and the essential healthcare providers caring for patients inside their assets. I focus on finding solutions to problems using strong logic and creative thinking. Providing management driven by character and integrity allows me to maintain strong relationships with both tenants and owners. I strive to instill these values in the teams that I lead today. I am proud of the growth Cornerstone has seen, which I attribute to our mission to provide superior property management that will allow the medical professionals practicing in our facilities, to provide superior patient care.
