About Megan Dougherty
Throughout my time at ADP I have consulted with small business clients to help them optimize their HR processes through the use of our HRO solutions. Providing them with more time back in their day to focus on more revenue generating tasks and allowing them to start thinking of the strategic HR side of their business to help them grow and become the employer of choice in a competitive talent market.I\'ve gained leadership skills through graduating through ADP\'s Leadership and Development program, and obtained a promotion to an Associate Sales Executive. All in all, throughout my tenure at ADP, one of my most fulfilling moments has been watching those I\'ve helped along the way succeed.
