Research and develop content, stories and locations for filming an 8-episode travel series from treatment through post-production.• Develop production schedules, schedule interviews and serve as the main point of contact for Talent, locations and Production crew.• Travel to all locations for all field productions and serve as the point of contact to produce interviews with Talent and crew.• Manage the production team and crew of series from initial research and development to and throughout pre-production, production and post-production.• Assist Talent with wardrobe and styling for interviews.• Supervise the development and delivery of all Location, Participants and Acquired/Third Party Materials Releases, Music Cue Sheets and all legal documentation (in an electronic “production binder”) required for WETA delivery.• Manage and track post-production schedules and cuts (Rough Cut, Fine Cuts & Picture Lock), which also includes: graphics, factoids and maps.• Track, oversee and ensure the processing of all programming, broadcast and digital deliverables to the SOPs and technical specs of WETA PBS and other channels.• Support WETA Press, Comms, Digital and Audience Development teams with any on-set photography and/or written materials developed during in any phase of project as well as any/all visual materials collected over the course of filming.• Provide WETA Press, Comms and Outreach teams with grids of information with all contact information for all participants in each episode (websites, social handles, etc.)
