With over twelve years of experience in marketing and communications, my work fuses creative storytelling with strategic thinking to elevate brands in the consumer goods and performing arts industries. As Director of Media and Communications at Boston Ballet, I direct strategy for multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media with the goal of increased revenue, strengthened community engagement, and heightened brand awareness. My team focuses on media marketing integration to plan and optimize messaging, content, and strategy across advertising, email, website, social media, and press outlets. I also co-lead a cross-departmental Employee Council responsible for providing feedback and recommendations on DEIB issues and initiatives across the organization. I received a BA in English with a Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL and currently reside in Boston, MA with my husband and two daughters.
