ABOUT MEGAN COSTELLO
I am a 2019 graduate of Marquette University’s College of Business Administration with a B.S. in Marketing and Human Resources. Through my previous professional experiences, I have gained skills in various HRIS and ATS technologies, such as Workday and iCIMS. In addition, I have a background in the Advertising, Marketing, and Sports industries. Some HR areas where I excel include: Onboarding, Recruiting, Conflict Management, and Training & Development. One of my greatest assets is my ability to adapt to any situation. I am able to accomplish this through my creative thinking and confidence under pressure. Besides this, I thoroughly enjoy and pride myself on being a very organized person and making sure everything on my checklist gets accomplished. Due to these skills, I thrive when working with others and love being a force that brings a team together for a greater goal. I never want to settle and am always looking for new ways to challenge myself and grow professionally.
