I’ve worked in this field for more than 20 years—as a teacher, coach, and organizational leader—and I’ve seen firsthand how the right supports can transform a family’s trajectory.My leadership centers on people: the students and adults we serve, the families who trust us, and the staff who show up every day with skill and heart.
