MB Consulting was created to help a new buyer purchase, renovate, and produce income on a rental property. After, Meg and her husband Will purchased a rental property, she realized everything that was involved in the process from choosing paint color to figuring out how to fit the most beds into your space! Will, the relator is constantly searching the market for the best rentals. He can help you find your space and then Meg takes over with the design. Meg, an accredited interior designer will help you renovate and landscape if necessary. Her team has many skill sets or she will find the right person to get your project completed. The initial design project begins, making your place the perfect rental. Everything needed to host the perfect rental is implemented and you don’t have to worry about a thing. The house will be stocked with the essentials, the pool guy will be scheduled, and then they take over the listing! This includes taking the photos, listing the property, and then managing it. After much research, she has found the right pricing method for short and long-term rentals. This ease of process was created so you can just enjoy the income steam and leave all of the hassle to Meg and her team. We are excited to work with you!
