May 2021 to Sept 2022: Built a new Content DSE team whose scope combines both Member Value and Content Valuation. Our primary goals are to learn, evaluate the performance of our titles and support our content team during title development. We work collaboratively across multiple teams and look for opportunities to scale and innovate using data science and analytics. June 2020-May 2021: Managed the Growth Advertising and Messaging DSE team, focused on global acquisition using algorithms and advanced experimentation.
