About Megan Campbell
I bring more than 20 years of experience evaluating pilots and programs in the energy industry. Based in San Diego, California, I have dedicated the last decade of my career to evaluating demand-side management pilots throughout the state that support transportation and building electrification efforts. I bring proven and exceptional project management skills: I have an unmatched ability to activate teams to deliver actionable results on time and on budget. I have led numerous large-scale projects in CA with multi-disciplinary teams coordinating evaluation planning and results across an array of private and public stakeholders. I am currently leading a large team to evaluate CA’s Build and Tech Building Electrification pilots over the next five years. I also lead a large team of 70 consultants to evaluate pilots in seven different key energy sectors across CA including Marketing, Workforce Training, Finance and Decarbonization; a $20M evaluation effort across four years with 68 deliverable milestones. I am a master in bringing together the practical and theoretical, resulting in the implementation of thoughtful and well-grounded evaluations that result in actionable recommendations. I am also adept at facilitating and advising the evaluation process (including stakeholder management) from planning through final deliverables.
