ABOUT MEGAN CÉCILE RADFORD

I’m a communications and storytelling leader who believes that the right story, told well, can shape how people understand the world around them. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across journalism, communications, and editorial leadership, helping organizations translate complex priorities into clear, compelling narratives. My work sits at the intersection of editorial strategy, executive storytelling, and brand narrative — connecting ideas, people, and audiences in ways that build trust and alignment. I’ve led national communications programs, developed thought leadership platforms, and helped organizations bring their stories to life across media, digital channels, and cultural conversations. As Editor-in-Chief of Tidings Magazine, I guide editorial voice and visual storytelling while mentoring writers and shaping content that resonates with readers. Alongside my communications career, I’ve spent the past six years working as a beauty advisor with Estée Lauder Companies on the Sephora floor. It’s given me a perspective I value deeply: understanding both executive strategy and consumer sentiment in real time. To me, beauty is another form of storytelling — identity expressed through product, culture, and experience. At the heart of my work is a love of developing thoughtful communicators and storytellers. I’m always interested in work that sits where strategy, culture, and narrative meet.
