About Megan Bullock

Started my career with Enterprise Mobility in the Management Trainee Program in Morgantown, WVa in 2002. Within the first 5 years with the company I was promoted to Area Rental Manager, overseeing a large geographical territory. As a Area Manager I had the responsibility/opportunity to lead a team of employees to performing at a high level in four key measurements of the business. Investing in the employees, their development, and challenging them on a daily basis that led to consistent overall top performance in customer service, employee retention, business growth, and profitability. In 2015 I took my my talents to a regional level and was promoted to Regional HR Manager to present. As a HR Manager I work closely with senior leadership, regional department heads, and Area Managers on a daily basis to provide the best resources to the Airport and Home-City operations. In my time as a HR Manager I have been able to identify and implement solutions to improving overall improved employee retention, compliance and initiatives, cost reductions by monitoring and managing employee hours, lead internal investigations, implemented new employee training programs, and employee relations.
