Currently working as a HR Business Partner with Gentoo Group. I provide HR advice, supporting managers and employees with day to day HR advice as well as advising in formal hearing/HR processes. Completed my Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and Development with Distinction.Experience includes- Involved in all HR formal processes which includes advising and hearing cases with outcomes ranging from a management support plan to dismissal or supporting Investigating Officers with investigations to ensure a fair and thorough process- Dealing with formal and informal employee relations case work such as disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management, whistleblowing, dignity at work, restructure/redundancy- Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures and providing training to employees and managers where necessary- Working closely with third parties such as Occupational Health and Trade Unions.
