Previously, I was the Business Operations Manager at Astranis Space Technologies. At Astranis, I supported a wide-ranging set of initiatives across multiple key business functions including, but not limited to, Finance; HR; Operations; Sales; and Business Development. My role, at its core, was to work with engineering, business, and leadership teams to enable and ensure efficient & effective operations across the business at large.Prior to joining Astranis, I was a Manager in Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value Management Consulting practice. The cross-functional, non-hierarchical nature of my professional career to-date provided me an opportunity to sharpen and refine my communication skills across levels & positions and across business functions & industries.As an Accenture Manager, my key responsibilities were to lead workstreams within each client engagement and serve as the point of contact for many client stakeholders and executives; design highly complex workstream plans and work with clients to ensure plan feasibility; oversee implementation; ensure highest-quality deliverables; and support team members’ growth and development. I have significant experience in \"zero based spending\" strategy, analysis, and implementation, and have led multiple cost efficiency programs at key Accenture clients. My primary industries of focus were Consumer Goods & Services and Retail.I hold a B.A. in Economics and in English from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
