As an EMDR-trained clinician, I use trauma-informed techniques, mindfulness, cognitive and solution-focused strategies, and narrative therapy to help you untangle the pain and move toward a more empowered version of yourself. I am deeply empathetic, but I will also lovingly hold you accountable to the life you want to create.Beyond training and techniques, I bring something even more important—lived experience. I understand what it means to question, to grieve, to struggle. I know how hard it can be to let someone in, but I also know how profoundly healing it is when you do.
