Launch full-line Hickory Chair collections as well as licensed designer collaborations each Market, reinforcing brand relevance and design leadership. Partner closely with domestic manufacturers and international vendors through a boots-on-the-ground approach—traveling frequently to factories to ensure alignment on craftsmanship, lead times, and material development. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to bring compelling product stories to life and deliver best-in-class showroom experiences that inspire, excite, and drive sales.Deliver strategic leadership that bridges creative direction and the evolving needs of the designer and trade customer, shaping long-term growth while strengthening Hickory Chair’s position as a heritage brand with modern relevance.
