At Activated Insights, I have the opportunity to lead our Clinical Education, Instructional Design, and Content Management teams, keeping the people doing the work at the center of every decision.Training, to me, is a strategic lever for stabilizing teams and improving care. Along the way, I’ve scaled our content operations through high-growth shifts, delivering more than course completions every month and supporting thousands of organizations nationwide. I built and sustained a 90%+ Training Impact and Performance (TIP) Score, ensuring our customers see measurable ROI from their investment in training.Our catalog now includes courses, continuously maintained and expanded to reflect evolving regulations and industry needs. I also redeveloped our compliance research strategy and go-to-market approach, helping align our training with state-specific requirements and driving stronger adoption and sales growth.
