As the second hire in Swire, Coca-Cola\'s newly created Employee Experience, Learning & Development team, I dove into partnership with various areas of the business to elevate employee experiences throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Listed below are some of my accomplishments over the past two years- Launched employee kiosks for non-office workers across 47 locations resulting in a 72% increase in engaged users- Designed & launched internship program ranked 12th best in industry with an 89% full time offer acceptance rate- Change managed org-wide job architecture rollout with 100% of senior leaders reporting prepared for the change- Consulted on paid leave program redesign, communication, and training. 88% of employees felt prepared for change- Co-designed employee programs including new hire onboarding, employee listening & lifecycle surveys, etc.
