   As Co-Founder and Chief Program Officer at Bud and Bloom, I lead the development and delivery of in-home behavioral and growth-centered support for neurodivergent children and their families. Our work is rooted in compassion, neurodiversity-affirming care, and a commitment to meeting families where they are—at home, in real life, and on their own terms.Our model blends clinical insight with practical strategies and strong family collaboration. We focus on building emotional regulation, executive functioning, and independence in children, while equipping caregivers with tools and routines that support sustainable growth at home. The goal is not just behavior management, but long-term connection, resilience, and progress for the whole family.In my role, I oversee the structure and implementation of our services. I develop trauma-informed tools, behavior support plans, and caregiver coaching resources that are effective in everyday settings. I collaborate with families, care providers, and community partners to ensure each service is personalized, accessible, and aligned with the child’s individual needs.I\'m proud to bring our vision to life—through every caregiver we support, every plan we shape, and every family we serve.
