Program audit and or Quality Assurance of 20••••20 Refugee Cash and Medical Assistance (RCA & RMA) and Refugee Employment Service (RES) files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance• Monitoring RCA,RMA and Refugee Employment Service(RES) Files based on Revised checklist which is used as standard tool to objectively verify and monitor • Assessment of the RCA/Cash Assistance related documents and RES/Employment files and review, advise the management and concerned party to look at the checklist and its comment section to have the full picture• Ensure compliance of RCA and RES programs with official guidelines of the Alliance and Texas Refugee Program (TXRP), and Follow up to ensure that benefits applications are successful• Ensure file documentation is complete and in order for RCA and RMA clients by reviewing eligibility, intake and Financial documents; Case Notes in accordance with Guidelines, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAPS), International Professional Practices Framework; Humanitarian, Legal and Development best practices• Ensure file documentation is complete and in order for RES clients by reviewing Client Eligibility Documentation, Intake Documents, Family Self Sufficiency Plan(FSSP), Employment Services Plan(ESP), and Case Notes ( if Clear, detailed, correctly dated, documented; with Communications, referrals, and barrier removal efforts) in accordance with Guideline and Humanitarian, Legal and Development best practices.• Ensure all forms are reviewed and up to date according to guidelines.• Ensure if the clients have received the services as needed and as per the guidelines • Enter required data in Client Track and RMS as needed• Ensure full compliance with agency policy and/or, but not limited to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations• Make Recommendation, Feedback/Comment, Advise and Report
