Hello! I am first generation graduate with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Bradley University. After graduating in 2021, I began my search for a position that allowed me to engage in my passion of helping others. I first started at The Joint Chiropractic as a wellness coordinator and was able to build amazing relationships with both my coworkers and patients. I knew that I wanted to make a difference with my work and thats when I became a Registered Behavior Technician. There I was really able to bring all my skills to the table. Being a RBT was the best experience I could have ever asked for; being apart of a team that\'s sole focus is to change kiddos and family\'s lives is a dream of a job. I realized that I wanted to be apart of the team that brought these amazing people together and was promoted to a Talent Advisor and grew so much in this position! Being a recruiter is where I am meant to be and I am so proud to help others find where they are meant to be!
