As the General Manger, I oversee daily operations of the variable and fixed departments to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. I focus on building positive relationships with employees, customers, and vendors; process implementation; and profitability in all departments. This role includes budgeting/forecasting and planning goals for the dealershipI am also an experienced Controller in the automotive industry. My strong accounting background gives me a niche as the General Manager because I know every aspect of a dealer operating report, how to control expenses, and I understand the value of analyzing various reports and metrics to increase productivity and profitability. I have my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Administration and Management from Ithaca College. I love working in the automotive industry because it is ever-changing, allows me to utilize my leadership and accounting skills in a fun fast-paced work environment with endless opportunities to grow.
