   I started Pink & Powerful after realizing how isolating and overwhelming the transition from college to post-grad life can be. Moving to a new city and starting my first job was one of the hardest periods of my life, and I quickly saw I wasn’t alone. So many young women feel lost, disconnected, and unsure of who they are after college.Pink & Powerful exists to change that. I help ambitious post-grad women step into their most confident, powerful selves through 1:1 and group coaching, community events, wellness resources, and real conversations about everything from fitness and mental health to career, friendship, and identity.As a certified personal trainer, I’m especially passionate about using fitness as a gateway to empowerment and connection, but Pink & Powerful is about so much more than workouts. It’s about reminding women they don’t have to figure it all out alone.The name Pink & Powerful is a reminder that strength and softness can coexist. Women shouldn’t have to dim their light to be taken seriously. We can wear pink to the office, rock long nails while lifting weights, and lead with both power and femininity in every room we enter.
