Provide counsel regarding federal and state laws relating to healthcare, including, but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid program reimbursement and coverage matters, fraud and abuse counseling, HIPAA, False Claims Act, laws relating to tax-exempt organizations, Joint Commission Standards, compliance program implementation and oversight, and state licensing and regulatory matters. •Provide legal review, drafting and approval of agreements relating to various healthcare arrangements including, but not limited to PSAs, management agreements, physician contracts, operating agreements, business associate agreements, data registry and collaborative research.
