With over 18 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios across more than 20 countries, I bring deep expertise in nonprofit and philanthropic management, strategy, and sustainable operations. I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer of the Wellness, Sleep & Circadian Network (WSCN), where I lead organizational strategy and operations to strengthen global patient advocacy, scale programs, and build long-term partnerships. I have overseen $18M+ in active program implementation and worked on business development pipelines exceeding $300M, securing and expanding funding from bilateral donors, foundations, and corporate partners. My experience spans both internal operations and external growth, encompassing the identification of new opportunities, cultivation of strategic partnerships, and leadership of proposal development for complex, cross-sector initiatives.
