Working for Traxion has allowed me to really push myself professionally. It has allowed me to be the \"Out of the Box\" person I am meant to be. We are a small company with what I feel has great potential to do big business. With any small company you must do what ever necessary to help the cause. In this case, help in the \"Think Tank\" with innovating ideas to save time, save money, create new products, improve on old ideas and make the customer happy. I am involved in anything my company needs me to be involved in at any point. I am happy to assist. I understand my companies success means my success. When asked to do something, I never say, thats not my job. I am always willing to get the job done with or without supervision. I love what we do. When you love what you do, it doesn\'t feel like work.
