Consultant, Coach and Master Wave Process Trainer

Am responsible for curriculum development, coaching, and the training of an empowerment process called the WAVE Process®. The WAVE Process® is a coaching and communication method that is the natural blueprint for moving through emotional triggers and mastering connection. We have been researching and developing this system for 5 years now and have found incredible results. The WAVE Process®:(1) gives you the ability to become aware of, interrupt, and intimately get to know your own emotional triggers and their patterns that keep you from building trusting, stable and supportive relationships.(2) frees you up to respond to conflicts and power struggles with others in a confident and calm way, set clear boundaries, and work respectfully and collaboratively towards win-win agreements.(3) allows you to decrease the effects of trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) in yourself and others by increasing resilience and well-being so you can create higher solutions and take empowered action towards your highest and healthiest goals. I have mainly have been working with teachers, principals, high school and elementary students, parents and other leaders who work with students, but this process works for anyone who wants to have an understanding of how to move through challenges and feel more empowered to move towards their highest and healthiest dreams, goals, desires and needs.
