ABOUT MEG DOWNS

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. In my current role at Eton Bridge Partners, I am a highly motivated Researcher who works within the Board practice, supporting on searches for Senior Executives across a wide range of sectors in businesses across the UK and internationally. I am certified by the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the global professional body for the executive search industry. Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience spending almost a decade working in hospitality and events in the UK and across Europe. Throughout this period in my career, I honed my skills in providing exemplary customer service and developed a reputation for working to very high standards, delighting my clients and being a reliable and results-driven leader. During my five years in Cyprus, I ran events that spanned languages and cultures; from family celebrations and corporate events to fundraising concerts with internationally acclaimed performers. After the pandemic, which had a devastating impact on the international events industry, I returned to the UK and embarked on a new journey in Executive Search.
