About Morgan Farmer
I’m an accomplished trainer, designer, analyst, and story-teller, comfortable wearing many different hats, and I enjoy meeting and engaging with people through positive learning experiences to help them grow. Creating unique and engaging experiences to target knowledge gaps is nothing new for me, with 8 years experience analyzing learner needs and designing instruction. Additionally, I have a knack for re-structuring complex and abstract content into bite-sized chunks for audiences and I play well with others. As an experienced learning content developer, I have successfully led software and curriculum training for 30 colleagues and improved learner performance by adapting instruction. As an educator, I leveraged multimedia and Canvas LMS to outperform 59% of comparable local districts. As a content writer in an ed-tech startup, I led the redesign of a 443-page text resource into a streamlined 36-page guide with structured scaffolding, assessments, and objectives. I also contributed to 5 projects with 3 project managers in 6 months. My current project involves aligning the work of 10 instructional designers to create style and content consistency across an extensive training in Articulate Storyline. I\'m a self-starter, team player, and tech wizard with a keen eye for design.
