Well-executed design aligns user needs with business goals, boosting customer loyalty, retention, and growth. The bad news? You\'re likely not fully leveraging design and may need the right approach to translate user needs into functional, intuitive designs. That’s where I come in. As a User Experience Designer, I create user-centred designs that transform digital products into engaging, accessible, and effective solutions. Design is about understanding people, their behaviours, and crafting seamless experiences (with a sprinkle of aesthetics, of course!). My approach- Empathy-driven insights – I begin with user research and testing- Iterations – Refining designs to align with user needs and business goals- Collaboration – Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the best solutions. Where I’ve made an impact - Cisco Systems: Improved Cisco Spaces IoT platform, increasing user engagement by 30%- Evince Development: Enhanced UX for a B2C portal, improving satisfaction for users- Togada Studio: Boosted website usability and digital marketing, improving interaction and conversion rates. What drives me Design solves real problems. I believe the best designs are those that truly understand users and make their lives easier. Over 6+ years of experience, I’ve seen how user research, thoughtful design, and iteration create products that exceed expectations. Education & Expertise - Master’s in User Experience Design, Kingston University, London- Worked as UX/UI Designer at Cisco Systems, optimising IoT-based SaaS platform for better user engagement- Skilled in UX & UI Design, Visual Design, Figma, Webflow, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, Elementor, with a data-driven approach. A bit more about my journey - With 25+ projects, I’ve applied my design expertise across multiple industries- Worked with brands in various stages, from 0 to 1 and 1 & beyond- Experience in both startups (10 people) and enterprise-level companies people), offering an adaptable approach to each challenge. When not designing, I explore new trends, experiment with AI and no-code tools, or playing chess.
