With that said, I am a Human Resources professional with more than 15 years of diverse experience in enabling people in their journeys at Nagarro.In my current role I look at enhancing candidate experience, employee integration, building a great environment for colleagues through multiple engagement channels and curating interventions that promote a strong people’s culture in the organization. Through the years I have designed programs around employee experience, diversity and inclusion, wellness and benefits, rewards and recognition and contributions towards society.
