Manage and execute multiple Transair and pipeline projects from planning to commissioning across industrial and commercial sites. • Optimize resource allocation and manpower planning to improve productivity and avoid execution delays. • Handle project budgeting and cost control by monitoring expenses and planning material requirements efficiently. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution at every stage. • Prepare and maintain project documentation to support accurate reporting and effective review meetings. • Mentor junior engineers and site staff to improve on-site performance and maintain safety standards. • Take part in review meetings and Kick-off Meetings (KoM) to support planning and execution strategies.
