Responsible for the complete system and sub-system level design and development, from capturing system-level requirements to system-level validation.• Ensure the system design progresses through the entire Product Development Process (PDP) and align the system design timeline with the PDP timeline.• Responsible for requirements, design, PDR, DFM, DFA, DFS, clearance check, DFMEA, CDR, prints, Windchill routing, APQP, TR, EPR, compliance, crating, and validation.• Create and maintain technical documentation of the system for DFMEA, RAVE, Code-beamer, APQP, etc.• Provide solutions to existing IRs, route them through change requests, obtain approval from the Change Control Board (CCB), and implement them on the production line.• Support remotely for different proto builds like C build, D build, V build, PV build, and PB build.• Contribute to IP by providing ideas on innovative features.• Support the company’s overall yearly cost-saving targets by providing ideas on system and component-level cost reduction.• Coordinate with the project team and suppliers for PPAP of each system component.• Responsible for chassis modification of existing IC motorcycles to convert them into EVs.
