A Construction Cost Estimator cum Project Controls Specialist who is not just well versed with preparation of Cost Estimates / Budgets for Real Estate Projects, but also monitors & control the approved Project Budget throughout the Project Life Cycle from Initiation till Closure. I have good exposure of preparing Technical Due Diligence / Ball Park / Rough Cut Budgets for conducting Feasibility Analysis of an upcoming Project Deal with a prospective Clients / JVP. I am actively involved in preparation of progressive Budget w.r.t the Development of Project Drawings i.e. preparation of Concept to Detailed Budget from Preliminary / Schematic Drawings to Good for Construction Drawings. During the Project Execution stage I have been a very active team player in preparing the BOQs for various Work Packages, Rate Analysis for various items of Work, Estimation of Shell & Core Package, Interior Package like Entrance Lobbies, Sample Apartment, Sales Office, Club House, etc. Estimation of External Development / Infrastructure Packages such as Landscape, Compound Walls, Lavish Entrance Gates with Portals, Guard House & SWD. I am proactively involve in monitoring & controlling Budget by updating it with Awarded Cost to have a good hold during the Billing for respective items of Work. I also monitor the changes & variances in Budget for the unforseen elements which leads to Cost Overrun. I have a very good exposure in preparing the Budget v/s Actual Cost incurred in Construction Projects which is a facilitator Report for Management to assess the Revenue from the Project in hand & also aids as a guide for future projects. I am also an active member of Standardization & Benchmarking of various Operational Elements as well as preparation of Document Templates to Automate Operational Work.I am working with Godrej Properties as an Executive in Costing & Budgeting wherein, I am handling Costing & Budgeting as well as Billing for Godrej Tranquil & Godrej NestI worked at Kalpataru Group as an Assistant Engineer in Estimation & Costing wherein, I was handling Estimation & Costing for Kalpataru Matruashish, Kalpataru Solitaire, Kalpataru Grandeur (Indore), Kalpataru Primus, Kalpataru Vista (Noida).A Civil Engineer by Profession who has also gained the Managerial skills by a PGDM in Project Management from MIT School of Distance Education, Pune. I did my Graduation from Thakur College of Engineering & Technology, Mumbai. I got the much required zeal for Technical / Operational Skills while doing my Diploma in Civil Engineering from Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Mumbai.
