Provide subject matter expertise and leadership in all areas of HR including employee relations, labor relations, policy and procedures, legislation and regulations • Support various day to day human resources functions and programs • Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly reports and metrics • Oversee and execute the annual performance management and compensation process • Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes • Conduct investigations, maintain records, deal with grievances and disciplinary action as required • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements • Maintenance, optimization and improvement of existing HRIS • Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate records are maintained, timely communication and efficient processes • Participate in and/or lead various projects as requested • Monitor, update, maintain, and process personnel and payroll changes in accordance with collective agreements and terms of employment using appropriate source documents in adherence to pay deadlines that includes maintaining accurate employee records using a human resources information system;• Monitor the submission and reconcile attendance reporting and usage for all employee groups, including follow-up as needed;• Provide leave and vacation entitlement information to supervisors and employees in accordance with collective agreements and terms and conditions of employment• Maintain and disseminate supply lists for all employee groups;
