Work directly with Algo Traders and Quant Trading Teams across US, EMEA, and APAC Regions.• Act as a bridge between trading desks and operations, overseeing trade flows, monitoring positions, and validating P&L to support real-time decision-making.• Manage and interpret Corporate Actions and market events, ensuring they are accurately reflected in trading strategies and risk exposures.• Provide real-time support during market hours, resolving breaks and discrepancies that could impact execution, liquidity, or profitability.• Collaborate with traders to deliver actionable insights on position adjustments, market events, and cash movements.• Drive process enhancements and automation, improving the speed, accuracy, and scalability of trading operations in high-volume environments.• Operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading floor environment, contributing to the accuracy, efficiency, and competitiveness of the firm’s trading strategies.
