Manage the Interiors Studio in New Jersey for Ware Malcomb and am heavily involved in managing the team, clients and the financial health of the organization. I am focused on developing new business opportunities and helping my clients grow their businesses. Develop and implement business plans and strategies, set and achieve goals, manage resources, and make sound financial decisions. Understand and meet the needs of the clients, communicate effectively and regularly, manage expectations, and resolve any issues that arise. With a strong track record of completing projects on schedule and under budget, I am proficient in all phases of design, from programming through FF & E selections to construction budgets and project management. Passionate about creating sustainable, safe, and healthy environments where people can thrive and grow. I have a LEED AP(ID+C) and a WELL AP certification, and I am always looking for new ways to incorporate sustainable design principles into my work. Being an ardent team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill, I am able to successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and contractors on projects of all sizes and types. I am proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, Newforma, and Microsoft Office programs. I have also worked with InDesign, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Autodesk Viz, and Photoshop.
