Responsible for providing HR support and advisory on all aspects of HR policy, HRMS implementation & management, and employee relations. Guide multi-level staff through complex performance discussions and provide support in various areas related to career development and organizational culture. I have been instrumental in driving the adoption of the new HRMS across the organization. Conduct organization-wide training sessions to help employees understand and adapt to the new system, promoting a positive user experience. I have also conceptualized comprehensive training manuals and materials to support employees in effectively utilizing the HRMS. Developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows to guide HR team members in executing their day-to-day tasks within the HRMS. My role also entails integration of various systems, including Active Directory (AD), Background Verification (BGV), and Biometric systems, with the HRMS.Organize POSH workshops and awareness programs at regular intervals for sensitizing the employees with the provisions of the Act and orientation programs for employees.
