I’m a product-minded program and project manager with 12+ years in tech, recently completed the Microsoft Leap Program, where I worked with the Azure Fleet Capacity team on a high-impact data project, building dashboards, analyzing cloud infrastructure signals, and partnering with global teams to improve capacity forecasting. After a multi-year career pause, I re-entered the industry with renewed purpose and perspective. I bring a blend of Agile program leadership, business process improvement, and data fluency (Power BI, SQL, KQL), along with a strong focus on ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. At IBM, I worked on supply chain and compliance initiatives that improved team efficiency and operational workflows. At Microsoft, I helped consolidate demand signals across seven internal systems and manual sources to support cloud infrastructure planning. I also built a Power BI dashboard to visualize resource needs and presented key insights to stakeholders. Across roles, I ask thoughtful questions, connect dots across teams, and create clarity in complex environments. I’m currently focused on applying the skills I’ve built while staying open to opportunities in product and data, especially where I can work on meaningful, scalable solutions and continue to grow.
