Specialties: Banking & IT Responsibilities include: • Selecting best-fitting resumes, • Validating previous performance of candidates whose resumes are selected, • Interviewing and hand-picking the best-suited professionals for submission • Managing entire sourcing process for top notch positions • Sourcing, screening and validating, and closing the positions successfully • Recruiting for banking, insurance and IT clients • Reviewing resumes against skill set and experience requirements • Utilizing internal database, referrals, job boards such as Monster, and Indeed etc. • Ensuring that the candidates presented to our clients are properly screened • Providing advice to candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opp. • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements with candidates • Using social media platforms including LinkedIn to advertise positions, attract candidates. • Maintaining positive relationships and provide excellent service to clients and candidates • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
