A patent attorney-cum-life sciences expert with over 15 years of extensive experience in Intellectual Property Right Research and Management. In my present role, i lead the Patent prosecution team and manage patent portfolio for the company. I have handled all aspects of patents and designs for business firms, including innovation protection, strategy, litigation and contentious matters, licensing and commercialization, IP contracts and agreements as well as awareness and training. As an Attorney, I represent for Hearings before the Indian Patent Office. I am a registered patent agent eligible to practice before the Indian patent office (IPO), with a post-graduate diploma in Patent Law and WIPO Certification in Basics of IPR, in addition to certifications in Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs and Bioinformatics. A work-oriented energetic person, brimming with ideas and a voracious learner who never claims to be perfect but strives to be a perfect learner. I enjoy leadership roles where I strategize patent designing for economic benefits for businesses, even so to nurture teams in a competitive environment for overall time based deliveries of assignments.
