Help practices identify various reportable quality measures (PQRS) in order to avoid penalty and earn incentives as per CMS guidelines. Collaborates on metric development, reporting system design. Monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis. Co-ordinate with sales team to determine clients’ requirements and build workflow and financial goals accordingly. Help practice billing team for effective processing of claim creations and insurance payments. Forecasting and analysis of government and private incentive programs by identifying areas of improve efficiency & effectiveness. Provide support to the practices via email and go-to-meetings for follow up training and workflow related queries. Troubleshoot/Improvise existing workflows to make them more efficient and paperless. Build reports, including monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting and KPI’s.
