I hold a Total Experience of 15+ years. Currently working as a Senior Manager with a leading ecommerce / Digital Platform for Projects categorized as Auctions, Valuation, Finance of Equipment, Machinery and more. SHRIRAM AUTOMALL INDIA LTD has been successful in partnering with clients-NBFC\'s/ Corporate Clients and more within the country and other countries. At my current position with Shriram Automall & previous position at IQuippo Services Ltd, my profile appended in brief as mentioned below- •Sourcing of Pre-owned Equipment, Repossessed & OEM Assets by entering into Contracts/ Service Level Agreement. • Actively sell Used Equipment through online and offline auctions •Sourcing New Buyers/Traders/dealers for buying Used Construction Equipment to provide auction services •Managing and negotiating terms of new contracts efficiently to meet the business requirements. •Monitoring all renewals and variations of the contract and submit the detailed summary of the same on monthly basis to the Business. •Focused to achieve a set minimum percentage of Commission set by management in contract in regard to maintaining the revenue % •Reviewing the commission/revenue achieved agreed with Business Head timely. •Monitor performance of work under contract in line with contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) •Coordinating with senior management to sign and seal the contract documentation. •Handback the signed Contract to Project Manager-Incharge upon Contract planning and leading to closure. •Liaising with other professionals and consultants to define outcomes and timelines. • Timely escalating of matters required to smoothen the process flow Escalate contractual and sale issues with relevant team or client and coordinate the resolution of issues arising from Sale, Contract, Refunds, claims and invoicing. •Foster positive and productive client and team relationships •Work closely with Project Managers and accounts team •Preparing Bid Reports and Analysis report to share with the team •Adaptable to changing priorities
