My responsibilities for this position is:Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing curricula aligned with industry standards, covering topics like SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, analytics, and emerging trends.Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually, catering to diverse learning styles and skill levels.Content Creation: Create educational materials including presentations, handouts, online resources, and practical assignments to facilitate effective learning and skill application.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, integrating this knowledge into training programs to ensure relevancy.Individual Guidance: Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students or trainees, offering support in understanding complex concepts and implementing strategies effectively.Assessment and Feedback: Develop assessment criteria and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback to aid in skill development and improvement.Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers, academic staff, or industry professionals to enhance training programs and create a vibrant learning environment.Industry Engagement: Foster connections with industry experts, inviting guest speakers or organizing industry events to provide exposure and networking opportunities for trainees.Reporting: Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and assessments, generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement in the training process.Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback from trainees and stakeholders to refine training methodologies and content, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful training programs.
