During my years of working in the field of Human Resources (HR), I had the privilege to be a part of both IT and non-IT industries, which provided me with invaluable experiences and the opportunity to develop a broad range of HR skills. In my initial role within the IT industry, I was introduced to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. I had the chance to work closely with IT professionals, understanding the unique challenges and demands they face. This experience allowed me to develop a keen understanding of IT recruitment, talent retention strategies, and the importance of aligning HR practices with the technological landscape. Subsequently, I transitioned to the non-IT sector, which brought its own set of challenges and insights. Working with diverse teams in areas such as manufacturing, healthcare, or finance expanded my HR horizons.
