Have more than 9 years of working experience which is related to different marketplaces such as communication, service provider, collections, banking, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, affiliate marketing, risk management & investigations. Currently working as a Business Support Specialist at Fujitsu. Completed my postgraduation in Business Administration (Banking). On the other hand, I started learning foreign languages. Coordinating with Japanese and other clients for making reports, MOM. Working on PowerPoint for making PPT’s and reports of weekly meetings and discussion. Managing and responding all queries of clients over calls, mails and on chat groups. Interaction with Japanese and UK clients on daily basis and supporting them for all work regarding creating database, PPT’s and notes.
