About Meenakshi Arora
I have over 10 years of experience as a designer for digital marketing and offline print media. I have worked on 100+ brands like Amazon, Sephora India, Forest Essentials, Tata Clique, Burger King India, GAP India, Air Asia and many more.I have also worked as Delhi Design lead for Dentsu Wat Consult, where I have leadstrategic pitches for Dentsu and handle multiple retainer accounts. My role involves me to ideate with content and strategy teams to give their ideas a visual tone of voice. As I believe in breaking the myth of “involving designers at the last stage” to “designers are key components of strategy creation”In addition I have trained 15+ designers reporting to me and made them understand the requirements from a brand and helped them out in delivering quality creatives in quantity as well. I have also worked on a lot of innovative campaigns like Reliance SaluteSelfie, SelectCityWalk 10th anniversary campaign,Colorbar timeless range campaign, Goodyear 120 Years campaign etc.Then after agency experience I joined Bytedance India as Creative Designer where I was working for India market and as well as global markets such as (Brazil, North America, Beijing and South East Asia.etc)When Tiktok in India got banned I decided to stick with the platform experience and hence joined Inmobi where I was a Creative Lead, leading Roposo as app in terms of all design aspect (presentation, In-app Banners, Filters, Giphy stickers etc. I am currently working with Sharechat / Moj, India’s 3rd largest platform, as a creative lead for all zonals along with a team of 10 designers. I am responsible for all pitch decks designs in order to get business for the platform and support Ad sales teams with creative requirements for upcoming campaigns.Lastly, I have hands on experience in giving directions on photoshoots and helping photographers to take out the desired end result.In overall, I believe a designer has a lot more to offer than just designing!
