Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Meeka served as Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, for Home Box Office, Inc, where she oversaw legal matters and a team of attorneys and administrators in support of the company\'s domestic syndication and worldwide distribution of HBO and Cinemax programming. This role required advanced legal skills in drafting and negotiating complex transactions, an acute business understanding of the international television market, a sound approach towards a dynamic regulatory climate around the world, and an evolved mindset towards different cultures, perspectives and solutions. Ms. Bondy came to HBO from Time Warner Interactive Video Group, Inc, where she was Vice President, Legal Affairs, functioning as general counsel for Mystro TV, a start-up charged with developing and commercializing a revolutionary server-based digital video recorder and on-demand cable television service. Ms. Bondy started her in-house legal career as Associate Counsel at Time Inc, where she was the principal attorney responsible for legal matters relating to PATHFINDER, the magazine company\'s online portal to all of its iconic brands. Ms. Bondy received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, and began her legal career at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP, the world\'s first computer law firm, where she represented a variety of companies in a variety of ground-breaking and complex transactions in the media, financial services, technology and telecommunications areas.
