I serve as a bridge between leadership, funders, and grassroots organizations to ensure that HopeStar’s work remains community-informed and results-driven.Key Responsibilities & Impact:• Manage grant agreements, budgets, and evaluation metrics to ensure timely reporting and measurable impact.• Track proposal status and reporting requirements, maintaining accurate and confidential records.• Process all outgoing grant payments and track incoming funds for accurate financial reporting.• Lead monthly budget meetings and develop annual financial plans for the President’s approval.• Oversee accounting, vendor relations, and financial reconciliation in collaboration with the Foundation’s accountant.• Maintain office operations, event logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure organizational efficiency.• Plan and support Advisory Board meetings, community convenings, and stakeholder events.• Represent the Foundation and President in community and partner meetings to strengthen external relationships.• Develop and manage content for the Foundation’s quarterly newsletter and website, highlighting initiatives and impact.• Champion the Foundation’s mission by fostering collaboration between philanthropy, early childhood advocates, and community leaders to build stronger, healthier families.
