Coordinate and execute comprehensive study-related activities throughout the entire study lifecycle, managing operational aspects of observational/experimental studies across multiple programs (tobacco harm reduction, nicotine science, regulatory submissions) in alignment with Life Sciences, External Affairs and company strategic objectives, ensuring timely study setup, conduct and results reporting globally.• Ensure rigorous compliance with ICH GCP and GEP requirements for all assessment studies, implementing PMI SOPs, WKIs and policies throughout study execution. Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and Function Heads to identify and resolve compliance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain study integrity and regulatory standards.• Provide technical leadership in sophisticated analyses and modelling based on primary and secondary real-world data, implementing continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.• Lead cross-functional partnerships and external stakeholder engagement, including CRO management, academic collaborations, and participation in international conferences while driving peer-reviewed publications and thought leadership papers.• Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WKIs) and quality systems within the study execution framework. Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and drive methodological improvements aligned with PMI\'s strategic imperatives while maintaining current knowledge of evolving RWE standards and regulations.• Mentor and develop research team members while ensuring timely delivery of study milestones within budget constraints and strategic business objectives.
