Designed & Documented CMF Architecture:Took full ownership of mastering the Common Messaging Framework, which aggregates multi-system inputs and drives personalized user communication across channels.Cross-Team Enablement & Client Collaboration: Led client presentations on CMF design, gained appreciation, and facilitated team understanding. Later Involved in Back Office Modernization project, that aims to migrate the existing functionalities present in the On-Prem servers to cloud where worked on a connected vehicle platform supporting high-end Honda and Acura models across the U.S. and Canada. The project focused on enabling seamless communication between mobile applications and in-vehicle systems via the TCU (Telematics Control Unit), integrated with Honda’s internal data platform—HDH (Honda Data Hub).Debugged and RCA-focused problem solving: Debugged & identified root causes for critical bugs, delivered robustsolutions under tight turnaround, and received multiple commendations from clients and leadership.Implemented secure VIN reset functionality, updating all affected backend tables and services to uphold data consistency.
